Phone calls: First 5 minutes are FREE, after this they are charged at £6.00 for every 15 minutes
Hourly rate: £25.00 ph
Letter writing under 1 hour will cost £25.00
Some tasks will involve research or reading through documents which will be included as an itemised part of the invoice and will be charged at £25.00ph
EDUAID UK will always invoice you before work is started in order that you can see the cost of the work you have instructed EDUAID UK to undertake. This will be capped at the invoice total unless you provide new documents to read or wish to change any aspect of the work, this will be added to the invoiced hours of work.
