Affordable and Transparent Pricing
At EDUAID UK, we believe that educational advocacy, guidance, and support should be accessible and affordable. We are committed to providing clear, transparent pricing with no hidden costs, allowing you to make informed decisions before instructing us to undertake any work.
Initial Consultation
- FREE 15-minute introductory telephone consultation
This gives you the opportunity to discuss your situation and determine how EDUAID UK may be able to assist you.
Telephone Support
- First 5 minutes – FREE
- Thereafter, £6.00 per 15-minute period
Advocacy, Guidance and Support
- £25.00 per hour
This rate applies to general support, advocacy, consultations, advice, meetings, and other services provided by EDUAID UK.
Letter Writing and Document Preparation
- Letters requiring up to one hour of work: £25.00
- More complex letters, submissions, reports, or documents requiring additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate of £25.00 per hour.
Research and Document Review
Many cases require time to review documents, reports, policies, correspondence, or supporting evidence. Where research or document review is necessary, this time will be clearly itemised and charged at our standard rate of £25.00 per hour.
Estimates and Invoicing
Before any chargeable work begins, EDUAID UK will provide you with a written estimate outlining the work requested and the anticipated cost. This allows you to consider the proposed work and make an informed decision before proceeding.
The cost of the work will not exceed the estimated amount unless:
- Additional documents are provided for review;
- Further work is requested;
- Amendments or changes are requested after work has commenced;
- New issues arise that require additional time or investigation.
Should additional work be required, this will be discussed with you and agreed before any further charges are incurred.
No Hidden Fees
EDUAID UK is committed to complete transparency. There are no hidden fees, unexpected charges, or surprise costs. You will always be informed of anticipated costs before chargeable work is undertaken.
