Payment terms may be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of services.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
- Payments must be made using the payment methods specified on the invoice.
- Late payments may result in services being suspended until payment is received.
All fees are stated in Pounds Sterling (£).
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel appointments or services by providing reasonable notice.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
No refund will normally be provided for:
- Services already delivered;
- Work completed prior to cancellation;
- Time spent reviewing documents, preparing reports, or drafting correspondence.
Where a service cannot be delivered by EDUAID UK, any refund due will be considered fairly and reasonably.

EDUAID UK will treat client information confidentially and will only disclose information where:
