5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be communicated before work commences.

Payment terms may be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of services.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
  • Payments must be made using the payment methods specified on the invoice.
  • Late payments may result in services being suspended until payment is received.

All fees are stated in Pounds Sterling (£).

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel appointments or services by providing reasonable notice.

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

No refund will normally be provided for:

  • Services already delivered;
  • Work completed prior to cancellation;
  • Time spent reviewing documents, preparing reports, or drafting correspondence.

Where a service cannot be delivered by EDUAID UK, any refund due will be considered fairly and reasonably.

 

7. Confidentiality

EDUAID UK will treat client information confidentially and will only disclose information where:

  • Required by law;
  • Necessary to protect the safety or welfare of an individual;
  • Authorised by the client.
